Deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis. If you are applying for a pick puppy, please note that we do not allow pick reservations to be based upon color UNLESS you are willing to spay/neuter your puppy if they do not have the appropriate characteristics for breeding. Only working/confirmation quality puppies will be allowed to leave with breeding rights.

Your deposit is non-refundable unless the breeding failures to yield a puppy of acceptable quality. As stated above, we will not allow choice of first or second pick puppies to be based upon color alone unless you agree to neuter your pup. If the breeding does not produce working/confirmation level puppies, your deposit will be refunded or you can apply it to a future breeding.

Puppies are sent to their new homes with ICCF and AKC –FSS registration papers for working/confirmation quality puppies. Companion puppies are provided with this information once proof of spay or neuter is received. “North Point” is required before every name.

Puppies will be free of communicable diseases and have their first round of vaccinations unless otherwise specified by prospective owner, in writing. Rear dew-claws will have been removed and tails docked. Ears are not cropped at time of sale.
